Dear Residents, Families, Friends, and community members,
Thank you for all of your support during this pandemic. We are thankful for our community during this time and look forward to welcoming everyone back as soon as possible. Today, it is my duty to inform you that as a result of our proactive and robust testing program, we have had a positive resident or staff member test result. This may have an impact on upcoming visits with your loved ones, so please contact the Facility for more information about our current vistiation policy.
The Facility will continue to engage in COVID mitigation and control procedures, including increased testing and other recommendations by the CDC, CMS, ISDH or our local health department. The Facility is currently in Phase One of the CMS re-opening plan. This means that any allowed visitation will be outdoors only.
Stay safe and again, thank you for being a part of our Facility community.
To our Valued Facility Community:
I am writing to report today that our routine testing protocols have revealed additional staff positives. We have removed the impacted staff from resident contact and continue to have increased PPE use in place. We are also continuing to test staff and residents on a routine basis and monitor for signs and symptoms multiple times per day. There are still visitor restrictions in place at the Facility. If you have any questions, please contact me.
